Deliveries and In-Store Pick-Up

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery throughout Quebec and Ontario.

What happens if I'm not there for delivery?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges will apply to re-arrange a new delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone is present at the delivery address on the agreed date. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team to reschedule the delivery in advance.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the distance and products in your order. Exact costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

Do you offer an in-store pickup option?

Yes, we also offer an in-store pickup option for you to pick up your furniture at the nearest location. This option is free and you will be notified by email or text message as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the status of your delivery in real time.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional fees may apply. You must notify 24 hours before delivery to avoid fees.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a quick solution, whether it is a replacement, repair, or refund.

How long is the warranty?

Our furniture is covered by a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery of the item.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you notice a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service with a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the defect. We will evaluate your claim and inform you of the next steps.

What does the estimated back in stock date on our website represent?

The estimated back in stock date shown is the approximate date the product will arrive at our Distribution Center. While this date is generally accurate (plus or minus 2 weeks), it is subject to change without notice. Please note that this date does not reflect the date your order was picked up or delivered.

Our carefully designed collections are only offered in the choice of materials, sizes and colors presented on our website and in store.

Can I order replacement parts?

Replacement parts are not available for purchase. However, please contact us and we will check our inventory to see if we have a replacement part. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find your part, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping charges may apply for sending the part.
