Affordable Elegance in Furniture
We are three young 21-year-old entrepreneurs: Liam, Edward and Éloan. Our adventure began at the age of 16, driven by a passion for entrepreneurship. We started by selling various items on the internet, testing several products, and then we specialized in bodybuilding equipment, kayaks and outdoor items. After several months of selling, we realized that these products were not right for us.
Determined to find our way, we started from scratch, looking for a new product that all three of us were passionate about. On a whim, we decided to move to Vancouver to get out of our comfort zone and hopefully find our way there. After several days of brainstorming, product sales testing, and discovery, we finally found our ideal product: living room furniture.
Back in Quebec, we tested the local market and obtained very positive results. At 18, we started selling sofas in our parents’ garage, who supported us from the beginning. In a few weeks, our business experienced rapid growth, pushing us to rent mini-warehouses to support our expansion. Building on these successes, we then decided to create our own company, Lee Industries.
A year later, at age 19, we rented our first warehouse in Saint-Eustache, continuing our vision of offering the best furniture at the best price. Our business continued to grow and at age 20, we made significant changes. We renamed our company Nuasis and moved into our first store on Arthur-Sauvé Boulevard in Saint-Eustache.
