Delivery & Pickup
1) Delivery to the door
- Service included : Doorstep delivery includes transporting your items from our warehouse to the main entrance of your home or building.
- Boundaries : Our delivery drivers are not responsible for moving items inside your home, nor for carrying them up stairs or elevators.
- Costs : Delivery is free for orders over $799 within a 50 km radius of Nuasis (406 boulevard Arthur-Sauvé, Saint-Eustache, J7R 2J5); for orders under $799, a flat rate of $50 applies, with an additional charge of $1 per km beyond 50 km.
2) Delivery of the part of your choice
- Service included : Doorstep delivery includes transporting your items from our warehouse to the customer's specified room inside their home.
- Facility : Our delivery drivers will place the items in the room of your choice, upstairs or in the basement if necessary, but furniture assembly is not included.
- Costs : The cost is $25 for deliveries within a 50 km radius of Nuasis, 406 Arthur-Sauvé Boulevard, Saint-Eustache, J7R 2J5. An additional charge of $1 per km will apply beyond 50 km.
3) White glove delivery
- Service included White glove delivery includes transporting your items from our warehouse to the room of your choice, unpacking, complete assembly, and furniture installation. Our delivery drivers will ensure everything is perfectly in place before leaving.
- Packaging : We also take care of the removal and disposal of all packaging materials.
- Costs : The cost is $200 base for deliveries within a 50 km radius of Nuasis, 406 Arthur-Sauvé Boulevard, Saint-Eustache, J7R 2J5. An additional fee of $1 per km will apply beyond 50 km.
4) In-Store Pickup
You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our store located at 406 Arthur-Sauvé Boulevard, Saint-Eustache, J7R 2J5. Our team will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery times
- Availability in stock : Products in stock will be delivered within 1 to 7 business days.
- Pre-order : For pre-order items, an approximate arrival date at our warehouse will be indicated on the product page. Delivery will be made within 1 to 7 business days after this date.
- Delivery confirmation : You will receive a call or email to confirm the delivery date and time.
Delivery Conditions
- Access : Please ensure that the accesses to your home are wide enough to allow delivery of your furniture to the doorstep.
- Mandatory attendance : The presence of an adult is required upon delivery to sign for receipt of the order.
