Delivery Policy

Delivery Planning

  • Once all items in your order are available, you have 30 days to schedule your delivery or pickup. After this period, your reservation may be cancelled.
  • An adult must be present during delivery to sign for the order receipt.
  • Nuasis cannot be held responsible if the carrier is unable to meet the scheduled delivery window due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Procedures

  • Most of our products are delivered disassembled.
  • The delivery personnel are not responsible for inspecting, unpacking, or assembling the goods. They will not take away or dispose of your old furniture or any other debris.
  • In the absence of an elevator, delivery drivers will go up to a maximum of three (3) floors.
  • Ensure safe access for personnel and the delivery vehicle (including suitable parking). Any obstacles in the way must be removed before delivery. It is your responsibility to measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells to ensure products can pass through easily. See our website or store for detailed measuring advice.
  • No modifications will be made to door frames, trim, moldings, or light fixtures to facilitate the passage of products. If items do not fit, delivery charges will not be refunded, and return shipping fees may apply.
  • Delivery personnel do not remove their safety shoes. Provide protection for your floors.

The buyer's responsibilities

Whether for pickup or home delivery, it is imperative that the buyer ensures that the dimensions of the purchased item are suitable for the space that will accommodate it and check that the dimensions of the doorways and staircases are large enough to allow the item to enter and to allow the delivery personnel to carry out their work safely and without constraint, in the case of a home delivery.

The entrance to the buyer's home must be clear and accessible at the time of delivery.

To prevent any damage, we recommend that the buyer protect their home's flooring. For safety reasons, delivery drivers must keep their shoes on during delivery.

To facilitate the removal of your old appliances when your new appliances are delivered, the latter must necessarily They must be unplugged before our delivery drivers arrive. This precaution allows us to ensure a fast and secure collection.

Modification/Postponement/Cancellation of Delivery

  • Your order, delivery address, and contact details cannot be changed within 2 business days of the scheduled delivery date or once your order is in transit. Additional charges may apply for any changes made to the order during this period.
  • If you are not present at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges will apply to arrange a new delivery.

Nuasis Return Policy and Warranty

1-year warranty

Our furniture is covered by a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found within one year of the delivery date of an item, we will repair or replace it, at our sole discretion.

Warranty conditions

Acknowledgment of the defect : All manufacturing defects found are subject to acknowledgment by the manufacturer of the defect in question.

Normal domestic use : The warranty only applies to normal domestic use of the product and does not cover defects resulting from negligence or abnormal or commercial use.

Material variations : Materials such as fine wood or leather may exhibit variations in color and tone. This is considered a normal characteristic of these products and is not a defect.

Damage due to assembly or installation : Damage caused by improper assembly or installation is not covered by the warranty.

Instructions for ready-to-assemble products

Products ready for assembly must be handled with care and caution. We strongly recommend inspecting each part and hardware item before assembly.

Claims before assembly : Claims regarding parts and/or hardware must be made before assembly.

Damage not covered : Damage resulting from assembly errors and/or improper handling of parts, including scratches, is not covered by this warranty.

Return process

If you experience a problem with your product within one (1) year of delivery, please follow these steps:

Provide details : Prepare the following information: order number, description of the problem, and photos of the defect (if applicable).

Return instructions : Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
